A free online training in the intranet of a campaign for a content manager is available. Topics covered include creating content pages, creating personal messages, adding knowledge base content, sending e-mails to campaign users, creating dashboard messages, using widgets and using/managing media library.
This is an offline functional administrator / supervisor training of 1 day for a maximum of 5 people on site. All aspects to manage the innovation platform well are covered.
This training is about the management of the innovation platform and goes deeper than the supervisor training. The supervisor training must first be completed before following the administrator training. This training is only relevant for customers who use the innovation platform in their own infrastructure or on dedicated servers.
